July 1978

All My Children

Tom asks Erica to marry him. Linc dreams that Kitty is pleading with him to take care of Kelly. After Phil informs Donna that Chuck and Tara still love each other, though they won’t admit it, Donna vows to fight for her husband. On his way to Estelle’s, Benny is involved in a motorcycle accident. Christina continues to resent living with the Martins. Joe and Ruth become Tad’e legal parents. Phoebe insists on meeting Kelly. Having slept with Wally, Devon wants to bring their relationship to an end but he offers her a ring. Paul considers staying away from Ellen because of Mark’s resentment. Unaware of Benny’s accident, Estelle, thinking she’s been stood up, decides to marry Billy Clyde.

Estelle weds Billy Clyde. Feeling betrayed by Phoebe because she didn’t tell Estelle he was in the hospital, Benny looks for another job. Needing an annulment so she can marry Tom in a Catholic church, Erica asks Jeff to state he was psychologically unfit at the time of their marriage. He refuses. Wally decides to follow Devon to Pine Valley and gets a job there. Charles discovers Phoebe can walk. Wanting to become manager of the Chateau, Eddie tells Claudette he will help her with book work she has to do to keep her position – he does the work but doesn’t mail it. Phoebe meets Kelly, plans to dash any relationship Linc hopes to have with her by getting information on Kelly’s past life from Edna. Edna is to go to a charm school in order to become a more socially acceptable person.

Chuck and Phil’s friendship dissolves when both insist on appearing in court with Charlie. Phil is ejected from the courtroom; Charlie is put on probation. Charles lets Phoebe know he’s aware she can walk. Ruth is suffering periodic dizzy spells. Kate is displeased with Christina's decision to retain her maiden name as a physician. Myrtle and Kelly clash because Kelly says she likes Phoebe. Returning to Pine Valley with Wally, Devon makes it clear she’d rather be friends than lovers. Joe advises Erica she can get an annulment from Jeff on grounds that she was psychologically unfit to be a wife. Learning Nick will be visiting Pine Valley in September, Erica decides she will be Mrs. Tom Cudahy by then. Mark and Erica are upset by Ellen’s refusal to be in Erica’s wedding party.

Just as she’s telling Tom about Erica’s difficulty getting an annulment from Jeff, Brooke chokes on a piece of carrot; Tom saves her life, then confronts Erica with the lie. Christina continues being anxious about buying a home. Aware that Paul has withdrawn from friendship with her because of Mark’s jealousy, Ellen makes Paul promise to renew their relationship. Mark and Ellen get engaged. Estelle gives Billy Clyde the $20,000 Maggie bequeathed her so he could start a limousine service between Pine Valley and Center City. Benny agrees to go back to work as Phoebe's chauffeur on a temporary basis. Phil and Tara's attempts at reconciliation are futile.

One Life to Live

Viki discovers Karen works as Marco’s call girl. Dorian asks Talbot Huddleston to romance Melinda. Luke has a friend threaten Richard in the hospital while he is recovering from neurosurgery. When Joe starts asking questions about his son’s death, Luke gets uncomfortable. Carla quits her post as Dorian’s secretary and goes to work for Jack Scott. Jenny decides to hold up annulment proceedings until Brad is released from prison. Pat and Tony say goodbye. Samantha tells Tony she loves him and will be there for him. Learning that Becky intends to leave town, Richard gets out of his hospital bed to stop her at the bus station.

Melinda writes a letter to Dr. Overton confessing she is marrying Peter only to keep Dorian from having him; she also says she would like to kill her. Tony tells Samantha he’s not interested in a serious relationship with her. Learning about Karen’s activites, Viki warns Marco to leave Karen alone, and threatens to ruin him in Llanview if he doesn’t. Jim returns to work at the hospital part time. Pat decides to use her maiden name of Ashley and prepares to take over as hostess of a talk show. Her boss, Roger, is more than slightly interested in her.

Edwina replaces Pat as women’s editor. Admitting to Pat he no longer loves Jenny, Will thinks he may have forced Jenny to marry Brad. Will refuses Brad’s request to intervene with Jenny while he is in jail. Deciding not to tell Larry about Karen, Marco determines to get even with both of them. Karen agrees to see Will for psychiatric treatment; prior to the first session she refuses a gift of a fur coat from Huddleston and says she never wants to see him again.

Melinda tells Jenny Dorian wants to have her recommitted. At first, Peter agrees to wait for intimacy with Melinda until after marriage; but after they elope, he is puzzled by her strange behavior. Dr. Overton confronts Dorian with a letter sent by Melinda and tells her Melinda thinks Dorian wrote the letter. Tina's boyfriend comes to Llanview for her mother's funeral, and she asks him to take her away with him. Larry and Dorian both want the chief-of-hospital-staff post. Samantha tells Will that she wants to move into an apartment of her own. Tony assures Will that he has only honorable intentions toward Samantha. Jenny decides to file for annulment from Brad.


General Hospital 

Indicted for first-degree murder, Lesley continues to tell Laura she must never admit that her relationship with David was more than friendship. Although police realize the statuette wasn’t the murder weapon, they feel it holds the key to David’s murder and intend to find out who purchased it. Laura recalls she forged Lesley's name on the sales slip when she bought the statuette for David but doesn’t tell Lesley. Gina gets a medical grant that will take her out of town for a while. Heather’s mother receives a letter from a New York lawyer saying Heather’s former landlady has a package for her. Spotting the letter, Susan intends to learn about the package. Howard asks Lee to help him on Lesley’s case, but the first day on the job, Lee gets drunk and misses an appointment. Scotty is cooling toward Bobbie.

Police discover the sales slip for the statuette was signed by Lesley. Howard walks in on Lesley while she is destroying the evidence implicating Laura in David’s murder. Heather’s mother finds a love letter that passed between David and Laura. Alan’s sister Tracy warns Monica that Alan bristles whenever Rick’s name is mentioned. A frantic Scotty continues to search for a missing Lee. When he sees Heather teasing Jeff in the hall, Steve fears having Heather as a wife is going to ruin Jeff’s medical career. Tracy has her eye on Rick.

Laura begins to remember what happened the night David Hamilton was killed. Rick is wondering why Laura didn’t hear the phone ring for almost two hours the night of the death. Lee phones Scotty, who traces the call to a sleazy motel. Diana warns Susan not to turn her therapy sessions with Peter into anything else. Newlyweds Mark and Katie arrive home, but Mark is off to Mexico to perform a delicate operation. Laura tells Lesley she feels Lesley welcomed David’s advances. Steve is concerned Heather will take Jeff away from medical studies. Diana is suffering blurred vision.

Heather fears Diana will have dizzy spells while taking care of P.J.. A mysterious Mr. Jameson calls Jeff claiming to have information about Steven Lars. Although she knows she’s not in good health, Diana plans to return to nursing in order to be near Peter. Laura begins to remember what happened the night that David was killed, and visualizes pushing him and his striking his head on the mantle. Bobbie is jealous when Laura tries to see Scotty. Lee, on the wagon, agrees to help out as Lesley's counsel but admits it's becoming harder and harder not to take a drink.

Edge of Night

Denise’s attempts to poison Miles fail when her father steps in. But realizing what his daughter is up to, Dr. Norwood suffers a stroke. Denise is displeased by the hospital’s decision to send her father home to recover the effects of stroke. Deborah and Steve rediscover their love. Raven is unhappy because her pregnancy is ruining her figure. Geraldine suggests Raven go on campaign trail with Kevin.

A trunk containing Chip’s personal effects is sent to Winter. Logan discovers newspaper clippings that lead him to believe Chip was responsible for stabbing him and various other crimes. After an ESP vision of Denise trying to do Miles in, April rushes to the scene. Despite a car accident on the way, she arrives in time to stop Denise from giving Miles a deadly injection. In the ensuing scuffle, April accidentally jabs Denise with the needle, causing her death.

Police question April about Denise’s death. It is believed that Denise was murdered. Mike intends to study braille. Tony supposes Mike must now be his personal enemy because of blindness. Winter and Logan get engaged.

Grand jury calls Denise’s death murder. Although the jury says it was done by persons unknown, April feels they suspect her. Tony’s conflict of interest between political career and his business holdings is revealed. Geraldine suggests Tony divest himself of portfolio to make sure he isn’t prosecuted. Logan flares up because Raven says she wishes she — not April — had miscarried. Kevin is putting his marriage to one side for the senatorial campaign. Once again dating Deborah, Steve tells her he will no longer work on any investigation concerning her father because he realizes that this is what drove them apart.

July 1979

All My Children

Langley fears Myrtle will recognize him from her days as a carnival girl. Charlie comes to Pine Valley for a visit. Palmer makes Nina think because she is diabetic, she will never have a normal relationship with a man. Phoebe’s birthday dinner at the Chateau turns into a less than joyous occasion when she spots Ellen and Paul dancing. In the powder room of the Chateau, Phoebe tells Ellen to stay away from Paul. Furious when she discovers that Frank told Russ she was planning to remarry him, Nancy tells Frank to get lost. Langley romances Phoebe and convinces her to spring for a house redecorating job from which he’ll get kickbacks. Tad reacts badly to Ruth’s pregnany. Benny goes to Edna’s bed, then runs to Estelle.

Eddie saves Kelly from drowning in a bathtub after another pill incident. Kelly refuses Linc’s pleas that she leave Eddie. Tom agrees to do the commercials in Pine Valley after Erica offered to drop the whole project in order to save their marriage, but agent Richmond is after Erica’s body. Nancy gets fed up with Frank’s demands on her and Carl’s time. Tad feigns illness out of fear that Joe and Ruth won’t want him now that they’re expecting a child of their own. Brooke moves into Mark’s pad. Donna returns home. Benny considers marrying Edna after Estelle told him it’s over between them. Sybil ignores Betsy Kennicott’s warning that Cliff and Nina are falling in love.

Paul and Ellen agree to be friends only for Ann’s sake. Linc convinces Kelly that they can be happy together. Langley brings his cohort Anthony Evans to remodel Phoebe’s mansion and to take her for a financial ride. Brooke jumps on Nina’s bandwagon to match up with Cliff. Palmer makes cruise plans for Nina and himself while their mysterious housekeeper Myra listens at keyholes. Ruth assures Tad she’ll still love him when her own child is born. Benny and Edna become engaged. Paul advises Frank that he doesn’t have a legal leg to stand on regarding Carl.

Linc gives Kelly a diamond pendant but she decides to return the gift. Coming back to Pine Valley, Claudette discovers Eddie has taken her job as the Chateau manager. In an attempt to forestall her rendezvous with Stu Richmond, the Adonis advertising agent, Erica feigns a broken ankle but Stu arrives at the apartment. With Stu almost mauling Erica on the bed, Tom walks in. Erica decides to choose Tom over her modeling career. Donna tries to bring Estelle and Benny together after he becomes engaged to Edna, but the plan fails when Billy Clyde arrives on the scene. Palmer tries to convince Nina that Cliff is a fortune hunter. Frank plans to let Carl know he is his father, regardless of Nancy’s wishes.


One Life to Live

Able to walk, Jack is discharged from the hospital. In San Carlos, Peter discovers Paul is seriously wounded and that his face has been virtually shot off. Anna warns Larry it may not be a good idea to allow Faith and Danny to see so much of one another because her husband Ivan is a very jealous man. Gretel decides not to divulge Adam’s involvement in the sale of arms to San Carlos nor that Brad almost raped her. Frances Gordon introduces her son Mick to Samantha. Tina says good riddance when Greg leaves Llanview, but she continues seeing Mario despite Joe and Viki’s objections and Mario’s warning that they can only be pals. Mario’s Colorado fiancĂ©e, Miss Snow, arrives. Peter protects Dorian from getting involved in the San Carlos revolution, while Jenny frets that Brad’s job with Adam is helping the corrupt regime.

Adam railroads Pat into marriage only moments before Peter and Dorian return with the dirt about Adam’s involvement with the San Carlos fiasco. Paul is left to rot in a San Carlos hospital but insists he will one day get even with Dorian for her financial backing of the regime, which she denies knowing about. Carla nixes sleeping with Jack unless they’re married. Tina is upset about Ellen Snow’s arrival, but Mario claims he broke off with Ellen before he came to Llanview. Brad lies to Jenny about being aware of Adam’s sinister dealings. Katrina gets fed up with the “straight” world after she is fired for not necking with her lecherous boss.

Viki learns she’s pregnant. Tina hangs out with a guy named Judd and a bad crowd. Ivan tells Faith to hush up when she starts talking about having babies and complaining about his rough bedroom techniques. Fran, Mick's mom, makes it known she doesn’t like girls hanging around Mick. Pat fends off Adam’s wedding night demands and goes to San Carlos to find Paul. Jenny breaks up a fight between Brad and Peter--who admits loving Jenny. Brad moves his roving eye from Katrina to Karen.

Viki tells Mario she knows he’s covering for Tina’s rendezvous with her scruffy friends. Joining Karen in therapy Larry is learning what went wrong with his marriage but isn’t sure the damage can be repaired. A lonely Ed seeks company and discovers it’s hard to find. Brad blackmails Adam into telling Jenny about Brad’s involvement in San Carlos. Carla refuses to have sex with Jack unless they are married, while Jack calls her stand Victorian and impossible. Larry wants to reconcile with Karen but she turns him down to save his chief-of-staff position.


General Hospital 

Laura and Scotty finalize their wedding plans which include marriage in a public park. Roy tells Bobbie he loves her and wants to care for her, while Luke warns her if she doesn’t care for him to let him off the hook. Jeff arrives in Canada to face Cal unaware that Heather is hiding with him in the basement. She gets Cal away before Jeff and Joe can find him. But Heather’s world crumbles when Susan catches her and Larry Joe embracing and threatens to tell Jeff. Edward tells Tracy that he won’t finance Mitch’s campaign until Mitch put an engagement ring on Tracy’s finger. Mitch refuses to wed for money. Joe gets wise that Heather is involved with Cal. Peter wants Diana to leave town until the mystery man is uncovered.

Laura and Scotty honeymoon in Hollywood after a tacky Levis and open-shirt garden wedding. The vows almost didn’t take place because Scotty thought Laura had gone behind his back and bought a wicker couch which was actually a gift from Monica. Monica is displaying pregnancy symptoms. Social worker, Miss Washburn, visits Jeff and Heather, and Anne to check their backgrounds in her investigation of Jeremy’s adoption. Heather spies Diana showing Joe P.J.’s adoption papers which she keeps hidden.

Joe and Anne pool resources to prove that Heather is responsible for driving Diana crazy. Anne stops Heather from giving Spence a medication overdose which would be blamed on Diana. Audrey, however, blames Diana, who quits the hospital until she gains control of herself. Tracy arranges to move into Alan and Monica’s former penthouse with Mitch.

With the tape-recorded evidence in hand, Joe and Anne convince Peter that Heather was behind Diana’s problems. Finding P.J.’s missing birth certificate and a threatening letter in her dresser, Jeff is also onto Heather. In a final attempt to drive Diana mad, Heather laces iced tea with LSD procured by Larry Joe. When P.J. innocently switches glasses, Heather gets the hallucinogenic and begins an endless trip. Monica learns she is pregnant and wonders if she should tell Rick or Alan. Dan continues to pressure Jessie about marriage. Turning to a new position of honesty, Bobbie tells Roy she’s not sure of her feelings for him. Larry Joe leaves town. Hearing a taped conversation between Heather and Larry Joe, Anne incorrectly believes Heather was planning to leave Jeff for him. Although she believes Rick is the father, Monica tells Alan they’re having a baby.


Edge of Night

Posing as district attorney Cliff Nelson’s assitant, Paige’s former anarchist chum goes to Paige and tries to murder her. Brian steps in and saves Paige’s life. Steve gets in fight with a customer who calls him a child killer for the shooting of Joey and he is fired from his cabby job. Steve is hired as Paige’s bodyguard. Margo hires April as her assistant. April is shocked when she pays a surprise visit to Margo’s apartment and finds Sara in Elliot’s bed. Elliot fires Sarah and convinces April to keep mum to Margo. Brian and Paige learn that Nola and Owen aren’t sleeping together. Raven agrees to meet Elliot on the sly.

Draper is annoyed that April cottons to the idea of babysitting for Jamie while Raven cavorts. Paige refuses Steve as her bodyguard. Another bullet almost gets her, and she runs off to meet her gang buddy Jed who assures her that her ex Toby hasn’t ordered her assassination but Toby later tells Jed Paige must go. Nola asks Owen to fire the housekeeper Edith, after Edith caught Nola guzzling booze. Raven and Elliot plot a hotel weekend with their mates during which they can see each other.

Paige makes a new statement about her gang connections after Calvin saves her from another assassination attempt. Paige agrees to have Steve as her bodyguard. Mike turns down a New York job which is then offered to Draper. Elliot and bartender Mickey Dials talk about getting rid of Antoine. Owen realizes that Nola’s hitting the bottle again. Miles and Nicole will join Raven and Logan at  Palace Park where Raven hopes to see Elliot on the sly.

Calvin is shot when Paige’s “friends” show up at a restaurant where Steve claimed to be taking her. Calvin survives the bullet wound but is crippled. Brian considers a job with Foreign Service. His stepfather Owen is pleased at the position that would take Brian out of the country. Steve suspects Brian may be in love with his stepsister Paige. Paige faces danger from her “friends” and at home. While vacationing, Raven makes it with Elliot.



July 1980

Ryan's Hope

Barry’s ex-wife, Elizabeth arrived, demanding alimony. Seneca bailed out Kim when she was arrested for loitering and slugging a cop. Frank told Rae he won’t press charges for her political frame-up, then celebrated with Faith. Dee was wary of Barry because he’d lied that Elizabeth was dead. Jill told Ken she really loves Frank, while Ken talked about death.

Jill told Ken to forget about their London fling, then fretted about his health. Barry paid Elizabeth to get out of town and stop blabbing to Dee about his way with women. Seneca fell for Kim’s love story and agreed to marry her. Jack hired Michael’s old girlfriend Amy as Ryan’s babysitter. Lilly want back and forth to Roger and Barry’s bedrooms.

Rae got drunk at Kim and Seneca’s wedding. Roger put Barry in traction after Barry strained his back while romping in bed with Lilly. Jill kept it on the q.t from Frank that she'll give Ken final days of pleasure since he has an inoperable brain tumor. Amy remembered that her own baby would be Ryan's age. Barry arranged for Lilly to make a demo record with Ken. Jack met Ryan's nursery school principal, Jessica.

Roger added weights to Barry's traction when Barry and Dee became engaged. Jessica couldn't accept Ryan in her school. Amy wants "her baby," Ryan, all to herself. Roger spotted Lilly sneaking in and out of Barry's room. Rae financed Elliot Silverstein's theatrical Ventures in order to get Kim an audition. Dee hired Frank to get her a quickie divorce from Roger. Detective Rose Molina suggested to Jack that Joe isn't dead. Jill took Ken to the beach house, and Faith was suspicious.


All My Children

Nina underwent treatment at a Baltimore clinic to correct her eye problem. Joe was suspicious when Leora and Kurt told different stories of how she was injured at home. Billy Clyde returned but Benny threatened him about taking Estelle away. Tom rehired Erica. Linc warned Langley that he has the goods on Langley’s past if anything happened to Phoebe. Garrett demanded more loot from Donna on the baby deal. Devon got desperate that Sean isn’t paying attention. Paul hired Brooke to write his campaign releases. Nina couldn’t believe that Cliff has been shacking up with Sybil.

Palmer loaned Donna money for her baby-buying scheme. Anne overheard Paul and Ellen admit their love. Paul insisted he won’t leave Anne, who pushed him into the spare bedroom. Devon went bersek when Sean called it quits. Brooke forced Cliff and Nina to patch up their misunderstandings while Palmer was frantic that his deception in delaying Nina’s treatment will be uncovered. Myrtle blackmailed Langley to convince Phoebe not to interfere with Kelly and Linc’s moving decision. Tom began falling for Erica’s seductions.

Nina moved in with Monique after learning that Palmer lied about her eye ailment. Chuck ranted about Donna giving money to Garrett for a baby, and Estelle cautioned that Donna may be a victim of a scam. Phoebe blew a fuse when Ann moved out on Paul and moved in with Charles and Mona. Leora's stepdaughter Carrie arrived, but Kurt doesn't want her around since he thinks Carrie's a tramp like her mother was. Tom admitted to Brooke that he's making another go of it with Erica Sean told Devon he loved another woman, and she figured it was Sybil.

Palmer learned that Daisy has been posing as Monique. He was stymied in his attempt to shoot her and later shot himself since he's lost Nina. Cliff must perform the surgery to save Palmer. Carrie told Leora that Kurt was responsible for the death of Carrie's mother, but wouldn't explain. Kurt broke down after he stopped himself from beating Carrie with a belt. Ruth reluctantly agreed that Tad could steady-date Suzanne. Estelle can't get a quickie divorce unless Billy Clyde is jailed for two years and Grover didn't want to testify against Billy. Meanwhile, Billy baffled prison guards by asking for shoe-polish. Anne decided to move back with Paul and declined to seek a divorce at this time, since it could ruin Paul’s political chances.


One Life to Live

Carla huffed that Ed dated Elizabeth Archer but joined his and Herb’s campaign. Karen tried to keep Mario hidden while he’s in his “Marco” state, but Dorian’s detective, Wolf, tailed Karen. Brad rubbed it in to Jenny that he’s dating Beverly. Asa planned a Texas-style birthday party for Samantha, which Mimi assumed was a party for herself. Peter turned down Jenny’s desire to consummate their love until she’s completely finished with Brad. Dorian looked longingly at Katrina’s beau, Marcello. Tina got Mick to admit he lusts after her, she then dated a sleazy type, Benny, who got rough with her.

Viki admired Ted for saving Tina from rough-guy Benny, but Tina still doesn’t believe Ted is her father. Katrina and Karen moved Mario to a clinic, where Dorian found him and was almost strangled when she confused him about being Marco. Bo learned Pat took French lessons in preparation for shooting interviews in Paris. Tina told Mick she doesn’t want to sneak with him behind Samantha’s back. Sam told Tina that Mick would freak out if he knew Asa gave her gifts. Larry ordered Karen to cut the cord with Mario. Brad caught Mick and Tina cuddling.

Peter burned a letter about Mary's true parentage after cuddling with Jenny. Edwina insisted on caring for Mario after he escaped the clinic. While Ed dated Elizabeth, Carla was courted by campaign worker Miles. Marcello and Katrina went to bed. Gretel cautioned Herb about his drinking which would spoil his political image. Tina auditioned as one of Mimi's cougar cheerleaders. Asa invited half the town to his joint birthday party for Samantha and Mimi. Edwina used a tape recorder to learn what's behind Karen's obsession with Mario. In Paris, Pat met a strange woman named Nicole.

Mario erased Edwina's tape recording. Nicole quizzed Pat about Bo after she heard the name Buchanan. Peter threw Brad out when Brad drunkenly barged in on Jenny. Viki and Ted were suspicious of Tina, who spent a night in Mick's bed. Ed began fitting the pieces together about Karen's interest in Mario and that Mario is actually Marco. A hospital aide recognized Ted from prison. Mimi resolved that she won't be the third wheel at Asa's party with Samantha. Edwina and Karen decided to wash their hands of Mario. Chuck tipped off Mimi that Sam isn't aware that Asa wants her body. Dorian got herself invited to the party.

June 1977


Ryan's Hope

Alicia was accused of theft. Money was found in her purse, but Bucky confessed he put it there to help her out. She accepted a date with Bobby. Dee learned Alicia's working at the hospital and told her never to mention the miscarriage to anyone. Jack fumed when he learned his baby was named Ryan.  Frank threatened to take complete custody of Little John after Dee lost the child in the park. Alicia was squired by both Bobby and Bucky. Roger grew suspicious of Alicia's connection to Dee.  The Ryans held a celebration for Mary and Ryan, who were released from the hospital. After little John was found, Frank insisted the boy stay with Maeve. Jill admitted that although she loves Frank she loves Seneca for being the father of her child.  Frank found Seneca with Jill. Johnny swallowed his pride and urged Jack to attend Ryan's christening. Jack warned Jumbo not to spill the beans to Mary, since he wants to surprise her.  Alicia's brother, Angel, was hospitalized and went into convulsions after Bobby accidentally hit him with a baseball. Jack agreed to surprise Mary by showing up at Ryan's christening, but Mary was devastated when he arrived with a date on his arm.


All My Children

Mona blew the whistle on Erica and Mark, but Erica refused to face the possibility that she and Mark are brother and sister. Christina took a leave of absence and continued to have memory lapses. Donna was accused of theft after Christina stole money from her cash register during a memory lapse. Donna left town and was picked up by a trucker on her way to Chicago to see her parents. Mona arranged a meeting with Mark's mother, Maureen, and begged her to tell Erica the truth about Mark. Christina was spooked by her father's ghost not to seek psychiatric help. While Frank proposed to Caroline, Nancy was offered a job in Pine Valley. Chuck returned and began a search for Donna.  Harlan's daughter, Ellen Shepherd, arrived in town, stuck up an old friendship with Paul, and confessed that her husband had run off with another woman. Erica freaked out when Mona forced Maureen to tell the truth about Mark. In Chicago, Nancy helped Donna locate her parents, who rejected her. Tara tried to convince Phil not to resume his police work. Kitty's symptoms returned, and she confessed her fears about dying to Myrtle. Chuck blew up at Charles and Phoebe for suggesting he stop his search for Donna. Christina realized she stole Donna's cash register money and the hospital drugs. Donna ran away before Chuck could find her, was arrested for hitchhiking, and called her former prostitute friends to pay her fine. Phoebe plotted with Benny to get the hanky-panky goods on Charles and Mona. Nick rekindled the flames with Erica but wouldn't commit himself to marriage. Phoebe blamed Tara for ruining Chuck's life. David learned that Christina's father died of a heart attack, not the scalpel wound she accidentally inflicted. Paul agreed to handle Ellen's divorce. Donna moved back to Center City with Estelle and the new pimp, Billy. Chuck admitted to Nancy he loves Donna. Phoebe planned to sue Charles for adultery. Danny felt guilty about planning an illicit weekend with Brooke. Kitty drew up a will.

One Life to Live

Vicki and Kevin went to Dorian's country home for a rest, while Dorian convinced Joe to get tests for his dizzy spells. Will chastized Brad for borrowing money for his health club against Naomi's life insurance.  Will admitted his love to a shocked Jenny, who asked Jim for a transfer. Dorian tried to convince Joe not to tell Vicki he's undergoing aneurism tests.  Karen and Larry are on the outs after she took Danny to Brad's health club opening, where Danny was injured. Jenny resisted Brad's advances, while Naomi suspected something's up between Jenny and Will. Will advised Pat to hold off telling Brian that Tony is his father. Rebuffed by Jenny and knowing she can't ever marry him, Brad turned to Lana. Naomi told Will he'd regret it if he tried to get a separation. Brad confronted Will about Will's relationship with Jenny. Joe must go to New York for extensive tests.

General Hospital 

Heather's condition worsened. Diana had nightmares about keeping her baby-buying plan a secret from Peter.  Jeff, Rick, and a returning Lesley heard Laura's tape of Monica's threats which preceded Lesley's miscarriage. Heather learned she may need a Caesarean. Diana told Peter about buying Heather's baby. Mary Ellen appealed to her father to help keep Mark in line. Monica began divorce proceedings. Gina asked Jeff to convince Heather to have a caesarean delivery. Lee learned that his wife and her son were missing after an explosion on their yacht. Mary Ellen learned that Terri remembered her brakes failed the night of her accident.

Edge of Night


Miffed that Miles has no interest in her, nurse Carol Barkley wrote Miles' wife, Denise, a letter intimating hanky-panky between Miles and Nicole, which brought Denise running. Tracy quit her job for Johnny and Mrs. Yost offered to take Tracy back in her prostitution ring. Tracy moved in with Mrs. Yost, but was assured she wouldn't have to prostitute. Adam was murdered. Bill was conned into publicly stating that Mike's arrest was a mistake. Deborah grew paranoid about getting intimate with Steve. Denise accused Miles of hanky-panky with Nicole. Bill and Mike suspected Adam was working on a clue in Beau's murder when Adam was shot. Nicole ran away from the hospital when Miles broke the news about Adam's death. Luke tried to convince Kevin not to print a story that would be damaging to Bill's police career.  Draper considered resigning as assistant district attorney rather than having to prosecute Mike. Deborah worried that Steve knows what happened to her and Beau the night of Beau's death. Raven tried to seduce Kevin.







June 1978

All My Children

Cleared of all charges in connection with David’s death, Christina agrees to marry Jeff but asks that no one else be present at the ceremony. Little Philip sneaks out of the house to go steal hubcaps with friend Sammy. Nancy develops an infection which threatens the life of her unborn child. Devon invites high school boyfriend, Wally McFadden, to Pine Valley to make Dan jealous. Erica flares when Mona gets Mark to talk to her about going slow in her relationship with Tom. Phoebe plots to get Kelly out of town. A judge rules Joe and Ruth can adopt Tad immediately.

Finding the watch Chuck gave Charlie, Phil figures that it was Charlie and Sammy who set the car in the used-car lot on fire. Frank is upset by Caroline’s attitude toward Nancy’s illness. Donna plots to bring Benny and Estelle together even though Estelle is engaged to Billy Clyde. Devon encourages Wally to think he’s the only one she ever cared about. Joe and Ruth prepare to adopt Tad. Dan is graduated from college. Paul suggests that Ellen incorporate the boutique and that he help her with the official duties. Eddie’s upset when Kelly announces that he is her fiance on a local talk show.

Tara is appalled by Phil’s decision to turn Charlie in for setting a car on fire in the used-parts lot. Kelly’s departure from Pine Valley is postponed when Eddie is hospitalized with  severe stomach pains. Maggie is struck by a car when Billy Clyde lets her off across the street from her apartment instead of at her door. Near death, Maggie tells Estelle she is leaving her $20.000. An inexperienced Wally and Devon share their first night of love. Erica reveals to Paul that Mark is her brother and asks him to stop seeing Ellen. Disappointed to learn she is not pregnant, Caroline goes along with Frank’s suggestion that he take fertility test – but secretly thinks it’s senseless since Nancy is expecting his child. Phoebe fears Linc may fall in love with Kelly because she reminds him of Kitty.

Erica decides to take instruction in the Catholic church. Tara warns Phil she will leave him if he turns Charlie in for starting the fire, but he does so anyway. When Phil accuses Chuck of trying to take Tara away from him, Chuck gets drunk even though alcohol could cause his kidney condition to flare up. After Chuck tells Erica she’s only for herself, she gets Tom to take her away for a weekend in order to heal her bruised feelings. Mark wonders if Ellen is falling for Paul. Billy Clyde wants to learn Maggie’s secret before Estelle does. As Jeff and Christina move into her home, Kate is uncertain if marriage to Christina was the best thing for Jeff. When Nancy is about to be discharged from the hospital, Caroline accuses her of trying to have Frank re-enter her life. Frank is amazed when Caroline suggests they leave Pine Valley. Charles tells Eddie he should have his gall bladder removed.

Tara and Phil separate, and Phil moves in with Mel. Mel suggests that he and Phil try out for tactical police unit to overcome their marital frustrations. Estelle discovers the $20.000 Maggie left her so she could give up her career as a hooker. Billy Clyde plans to get the money away from Estelle. Jealous of the attention Jeff is paying Tara, Chris insists he buy an expensive home. Upset to hear Tom say the church would frown on his marrying a twice-divorced woman, Erica meets with Father Tierney. When Paul invites her to a 20-year high school reunion, Ellen realizes how much older she is than Mark and nixes the plan to spend the weekend with him. Released from the hospital, Eddie is furious because Kelly gives Linc back $150 he laid out for her salary. Claudette attends a Chicago convention. Dan fills in as a bartender at the Goal Post while bartender Bruno is in Italy.

General Hospital

Police continue to question Lesley about David’s murder. Laura is distraught because she cannot remember the events that took place the night David was killed. Lee rebuffs Gail’s offer to help him fight his alcoholism. Scotty is angry because Bobbie comes close to telling Darren to get lost. Katie tells Lamont she loves him and almost believes it herself. Heather confides to her mother that she wants to give Jeff a child right away.

Police tell Lesley she cannot leave town. When Laura disappears and heads for Barbara Vining’s, Rick and Jeff go there to bring her back. Darren plans to leave town. Rooney admits that he made a deposit in Mark’s bank account at Lamont’s request. Mark realizes that Lamont blackmailed Katie in some way to get her to stay with him. Before he can talk to Katie though, Lamont sends her out of town with his sister. Lee’s drinking is destroying his law practice.

Steve and Audrey’s new house is completed. Lamont withdraws the grant to renew the surgical wing. In Boston, Mark makes Katie admit she still loves him. Steve, displeased by Lee’s inability to function as the hospital attorney, is shocked to see him drinking at the Floating Rib Restaurant. Laura runs away to Barbara Vining’s and is furious when Barbara informs Lesley and has her taken back to Port Charles. Renewing their friendship, Gail agrees to be Monica’s matron of honor. When her mother falls asleep while watching P.J., Diana feels she cannot trust her and reminds her that Martha was also killed when she was watching her. Heather admonishes Susan to stay away from Peter Taylor, but Susan says she has a right to happiness and her happiness may include Peter.

Lesley is indicted on first-degree murder charges. Laura agrees to see Peter for counseling. With Lamont completely well, Katie and Mark declare their love and Lamont tells them he will back off and let her have divorce. Lee listens to his AA sponsor and says he will try to stay on wagon. Dorrie warns Bobbie not to count on Lamont’s promise of a yacht weekend because of his problems with Katie.

Monica and Alan wed but their honeymoon is postponed when Monica is called before a grand jury. Peter insists Diana see a psychiatrist to get over her fear of losing P.J.. Otherwise, he says, their marriage will never work. Heather wants Susan to stay away from Peter. Lee tries desperately to stay on the wagon. After Lamont tells Bobbie that the New York holiday is off, she vows never to get involved with a patient again and refuses his money.

Edge of Night

Returning home sightless, Mike decides to stay on the crime commission. Raven tells Kevin she would get an abortion if she thought that would make him forgive her. At Draper’s insistence, April agrees to visit Denise and Miles. In Meadville, April gets a feeling that Denise is not ailing at all. Chip meets a violent end.

Raney and Deborah get engaged. Learning that Denise is not terminally ill, April has a confrontation with her, during which April falls down the steps. Nancy wishes Mike would resign from the crime commission, but he refuses.

April loses her baby from a fall down the stairs during an argument with Denise. April tells Miles Denise is not dying. Needing comfort, Denise tells her father everyone knows she is a fraud but her dad decides to reveal the truth to Denise about her illness. Laurie gets a day leave from the sanitarium to visit with Mike. Nancy tries to convince Mike to quit as head of the crime commission, but he feels it is his duty to stay on. Deborah and Raney look for an apartment.

Denise learns she really is suffering from a terminal illness. Nancy again asks Mike not to serve on the crime commission but he says he must. After her miscarriage, April is told she can never have a child. Experiencing another ESP vision, April sees Denise doing something desperate to make sure that if she can’t have Miles, no one will.

Denise tries to poison Miles but April’s ESP saves him. Agitated to discover Deborah wearing a wig Raney gave her, Tony threatened to fire Raney unless Deborah returns to him. Mike awaits approval as the crime commission head.

June 1979


All My Children

Just as Chuck is about to tell Donna the baby is dead, she goes into labor. Langley’s charms work on Phoebe. Edna is upset when she turns down a date with Benny only to have Langley break date with her. Aware that Frank knows the truth about Carl Jr. being his son, Nancy rejects his marriage proposal because she’s used to being her own woman. Knowing that his relationship with Brooke is over, Dan accepts an architectural post in Florida. Devon and Wally are having bedroom problems.

Freaked out on pills, Kelly goes to Eddie but returns home when Myrtle comes for her. Chuck tells Donna their perfectly-formed baby son was stillborn. Blaming herself, Donna fears it is the end of her marriage. When Tara begins to feel under the weather, Ruth goes to Washington to look after Charlie. When Tom’s Adonis commercial conflicts with the marriage encounter group, Erica tries to get him to abandon the encounter session. When Edna realizes she’s been set up by Langley, she turns to Benny who feels rejected by Estelle. Benny admits to Brooke he wouldn’t mind marrying Edna because he wants children and because he loves her young daughter Dottie.

Donna and Chuck’s stillborn son is buried next to Chuck’s parents. At a dinner party, Phoebe holds for new resident Palmer Cortland and his daughter Nina, Nina is felled by a appendicitis attack. Cliff Warner, the surgical resident, is forced to perform surgery on the diabetic Nina who has taken an immediate liking to the young doctor. Father Tierney comes to Erica’s rescue when he tells tom the marriage encounter can be conducted any weekend, but the commercial for Adonis cologne must be shot on a certain day. Mark prepares for a weekend in Long Island and Brooke intends to show up without an invitation.

Tom’s knee goes out the day he and Erica are to do the cologne ad but she manages to help get him through the photo session. He fumes that Erica plots to turn his commercial into a sexy come on featuring her. Nurse Sybil Thorne and Palmer try to end Nina and Cliff’s budding romance. She lies to Nina about Cliff being a Romeo. Brooke and Mark’s Long Island idyll is interrupted when she learns her mother is seriously ill. At Erica’s insistence, Tom agrees to give the Goal Post royal decoration. Linc’s old flame, Cynthia Ewing, comes to Pine Valley. When Nancy tells Frank no to marriage or parental rights where Carl is concerned, he refuses to take no for an answer. Russ feels he has lost Nancy. Erica admits to Mona she still cares for Nick. Myrtle insists she won’t stop stop helping Kelly fight the pill habit and taunts Kelly saying Linc is tempted by Cynthia. Phoebe consents to help Donna become sophisticated after Chuck threatens to leave town.


One Life to Live

A doctor advises Jenny she may lose her life if she doesn’t have an abortion, but Jenny insists on carrying the baby to term. Greg, who had just landed a job as a Banner copy boy, is about to give up pills when he runs into Katrina who recalls his father’s villainous past. Adam and Dorian want to overthrow the San Carlos government in order to develop its natural oil resources. Adam proposes to Pat, but she isn’t sure she can marry him. Tony tells Sam she will make a terrific wife for someone, but not for him, and he ponders leaving Llanview. Mario is forced to operate on Jenny. Pat decides to accept Adam’s marriage proposal, but just as she is about to give him her answer, she learns he is going to Washington with Dorian.

Paul goes to San Carlos for a news story. Will tells Mario he suspects he is Marco. Credited with saving Jenny’s life when she has a bad reaction to medication, Mario is named to Llanview staff. Joe, unaware that Greg tried to attack Tina, thinks she is hiding the secret about advances made by Mario. Karen, having trouble finding a job, fights back the impulse to return to prostitution. Jack insists if he cannot walk, his medical career is finished. Dick Grant is to be examined by a psychiatric board to see if he is competent to stand trial for the kidnapping of Pat and Sam.

Sadie is depressed over Carla and Ed’s divorce. Herb Callison tells Ed, who is running as his lieutenant governor in the gubernatorial race, that it is important for Jack and Carla to wed before the campaign is underway. Jack is able to walk. Katrina moves into Ina’s boarding house and Ina warns Karen that Katrina better not try to use her house for prostitution. Paul and Pat say goodbye. Adam assures Dorian he has no romantic interest in her. Brad makes a pass at Gretel.

Adam makes sure Paul is detained in San Carlos. Peter and Dorian feel they must go to South America to find out what has happened to Paul who was nabbed by the San Carlos police. In need of money, Brad takes Jenny’s jewelry and then stages an apartment robbery. Jenny wanted to use the pearls to help Samantha finance the purchase of Marco’s health club. A pregnant Katrina and Greg share a park bench as they wait for drug connection. Mario warns Tina that she is trying too quickly to grow up but they date on the sly. Ivan forces Faith to do a striptease for him. Gretel considers telling all about Adam’s involvement in San Carlos. Dorian rages that Adam is supplying the banana republic with guns. She and Peter depart to check on Paul. Adam hires Brad as Gretel’s replacement and Brad catches on quickly that Adam is intentionally responsible for Paul’s detention.

General Hospital

On the road to recovery, Laura hopes to marry Scotty as soon as possible. Lee and Gail wed. Heather, still making Diana think someone is after P.J., is stunned when Peter hires a private investigator to uncover who the man is. Lila Quartermaine reveals to Monica that her husband Edward had a mistress years ago who gave birth to a son now living in England. Apologizing to Rick for ever thinking he and Monica had renewed their love affair, Alan returns cardiac report and promises to help Rick get an appointment to Hardwick Commission. Monica and Rick realize their love is not meant to be. When confronted by Larry Joe that P.J. is actually her son Stephen Lars, Heather enlists his help by saying once she gets her son back, she will leave Jeff and marry him. Larry Joe goes along, unaware that Heather gave the child up for adoption.

Bobbie admits to Laura’s probation officer that she created many of Laura’s problems. Believing Laura did not have the emotional control of the car when she had the accident, the judge denies Scotty’s request that they be allowed to marry. Cal Jamison contacts Bobbie and asks for $1.000 or he will show Audrey pictures of Bobbie when she was a hooker in Florida. Luke is shot in the shoulder while doing a job for the syndicate. Heather and a hoodwinked Larry Joe continue to bedevil Diana, who asks Peter to put her in a sanitarium if she becomes too hard to handle.

Jeff discovers Cal Jamison’s voice on a tape machine and questions Heather who explains her way out of the situation. When Susan lets Heather know she is on to something, Heather decides to pin everything on Susan. Roy confides to Luke he wants to marry Bobbie. Luke advises Bobbie unless she pays $1.000 to Jamison, her prostitute past will come to light. A scared and reluctant Bobbie borrows the money from Dan. Laura warns her parents without permission to marry Scotty, she will resume premarital relationship with him. Gina and Gary realize their marriage is over because they have different goals in life. Gary goes to New York to pursue his writing career while Gina is off to Wyoming and a medical research grant. Dr. Lyndon, a young surgeon from London, is about to arrive in Port Charles and Dorrie is concerned.

Dan is named hospital administrator. Luke believes the disco is backed by mob money. Fearing that Kelly is onto him, Heather goes to Canada to talk to Cal. A patient learns that Rick had to give Monica the scalpel because he couldn’t finish the surgery. Larry Joe loans Heather money to get goods out of a pawn shop. Colleen Middleton and her boyfriend Ben move to Florida. With Spence Andrews injured while helping investigate Laura’s car crash, his sons move in with Rick and Lesley. Scotty passes a law exam and Bobbie graduates at head of her nursing class. Tracy spreads gossip that Rick is surgically negligent while operating on a patient. All charges are dropped for Laura who is free to marry Scotty. Larry Joe suspects he was being conned by Heather and learns that Cal has been at his Canadian sister’s house. He courts Anne who is suspicious of Heather’s motives for wanting to adopt Jeremy.

Edge of Night

Margo suggests to her old friend Owen Madison that Draper handle his daughter Paige’s robbery defense. Owen discusses his young son who left home years ago. Winter comes out of shadows and tries to kill Nicole. Draper wonders where he and April will get money to furnish the house, but Margo has the answer and the cash.

Trapped in the newsroom by Winter, Nicole pleads for her life. On her first night back from the honeymoon, Raven insists on doing the town with Logan. Miles tells Margo he disapproves of April hiding the fact from Draper that Margo made downpayment on their home. Geraldine is upset when Raven and Logan decide to move into their own apartment.

After confessing she killed Wade and caused Tank’s demise, Winter dies because she fell off the catwalk trying to kill Nicole. While cahsing a robber, Steve is confronted by a gun-totting Joey. Feeling his life is in danger, Steve shoots him and then realizes the weapon Joey was carrying was really a toy pistol. Following Joey’s death, Steve decides to quit police force. Paige is dirtubed when her half-brother Brian arrives in town. Margo is fed up with being ignored by Elliot, who continues to sleep with Sara on the sly and daydreams about Raven who is fascinated by Elliot’s come-ons.

April goes to work for Margo at the television station. Having left the police department, Steve gets a job as cab driver. Raven’s roving eye wanders toward Elliot. The Madisons’ are stunned when mother Nola arrives unexpectedly after checking herself out of a “drying out” spa. Paige agrees to turn state’s evidence against her revolutionary pals if brother Brian would stay in Monticello. Brian fears that Paige’s testimony would put her life in danger.

Ryan's Hope

Jack told Siobhan that Tizo's men aren't after them. Jack felt guilty when Siobhan said she married Joe to make certain she wouldn't get involved with Jack. Kim fawned over Michael in front of Seneca when Michael was bruised in a barroom fight over Kim. Roger admitted to Lilly that he still loves Dee. Barry has financial troubles. Ken made a play for Jill. Frank was angered that Jill couldn't fit premarital counseling into her busy schedule. Dee nixed a weekend date with Barry.

Barry apologized to Dee for using Lilly to make Dee jealous. Then Barry slept with Lilly. Jill refused Ken’s offer of a day in the mountains. At Rae's request, Seneca tried to warn Kim away from Michael. Jack and Siobhan resisted their love feelings for each other. Faith and Frank celebrated little John's hospital release. Frank complained to Faith that Jill wouldn't set a wedding date. 

Kim gave Michael the bum's rush when he proposed marriage. Jack and Siobhan agreed to remain friends not lovers. Rae and Seneca warned Michael that Kim was only using him to make Seneca jealous. Jill learned Ken suffers some sort of ailment and pulls disappearing acts. Faith played up to Bob. Frank suspected that Jill is waiting for someone else in her life.

Lilly hid when Dee almost found her in the sack with Barry. Siobhan decided to split after the cops told her that the mob boys rubbed out Joe, who had taken the blame for knocking off Tizo. Kim told Frank that Rae had framed him in the political scandal. Kim learned that Rae and Roger had planed to buy Michael of out of Kim's life. Ken ingratiated himself with the Ryans.

Frank's political reputation was cleared because of Rae's documents. Dee found lingerie in Barry's bedroom which belonged to Lilly, but Barry claimed it was a very early Christmas present for Dee. Jill let her hair down when Frank didn't join her and Ken on a London jaunt. When Barry raved about Dee, Roger said she could have a pronto divorce. Siobhan couldn't face Jack before she left to join Pat.


All My Children

Myrtle confronted Langley with her revelation after he and Phoebe said their marriage vows. Langley pleaded with Myrtle to keep silent about his past. Paul felt left out when Ellen wouldn't share her problems with him like she, does with Mark. Sean bedded Devon after Mark told Sean to break off with her. Nina experienced more vision trouble. Frank told Nancy, who is confused about her feelings for him, that he's planning to leave town. Edna decided to run off with Hank after finding Benny praying that Estelle's life be spared. Ann told Charles that she suspects Paul cares a lot about Ellen. Paul and Anne made love for the first time since her return. Estelle began to make a little improvement.

Palmer dallied making an appointment for Nina's' eye operation. Palmer urged Nina to break off her wedding plans with Cliff because of her possible blindness. Linc kept mum apout Langley's past but warned that he'd blow the whistle if Langley ever did anything to hurt Phoebe. Tara got a volunteer job at the hospital, putting her close to Chuck. Nancy admitted to Russ that she's confused about her feelings for Frank. Erica lied to Mona that Tom drooled over her, when he'd actually told to scram.

Erica plied Tom with booze and got him in the sack. Nina broke off with Cliff but didn't reveal her eye problem. Donna consulted a baby-selling agent. Estelle learned Billy's been jailed. Russ laid into Frank for busting up Russ and Nancy. Palmer made a London appointnent with a doctor for Nina, but if he hesitates she may go blind. Sean threatened to tell Brooke about Tom and Erica bedding down unless Tom lays off about Sean and Devon. Ruth went beserk when Tara brought a sick girl into the same room as Joey. Ann questioned" why Paul isn't more "active" with her. Sean told Devon he's just using Sybil as a "front".

Palmer spotted Sybil with Cliff after Cliff fell into her arms with grief over Nina. Tom fired Erica for blabbing to Brooke about sleeping with Tom. Linc advised Chuck and Donna to beware of babyseller Scott Garrett. Sybil swore she'd never give up Cliff again. Russ asked Nancy to join him in Boston. Nina insisted on another medical option before going to London. Sean abandoned Devon in a motel room and postponed telling her he's tired of her. Brooke told Tom there's no hope for them if he can't resist Erica.

Erica socked it to Tom by joining the Chateau staff. Russ left town without Nancy. Leora and Kurt Sanders arrived on the scene when she was hospitalized. Ruth was so obsessed with Joey's welfare that she moved into the child's room. Phoebe threw a fit when Linc announced he's moving to another town because of Kelly's career. Billy Clyde called Estelle from jail. Kate "chucked" when Tad and Suzanne shared their first kiss. Palmer told Nina that Cliff’s a gigolo and has been sleeping with Sybil. Donna decided to give baby-seller Garrett money without telling Chuck.

One Life to Live

Tina wanted to run away and hide after Viki told her that Ted wanted to see her. “Mario” reverted back to Marco when his mhid blotted out his current lifestyle. Becky refused Asa's camaflouged request that she abort her baby in lieu of pursuing her career. Edwina continued her search for her father. Herb took a leave of absence from his district attorney duties to campaign for governor. Jenny made the decision to stick by Brad after he suffered but survived, a heart attack. Asa offered Brad a job when he’s well.

Mario beat up Edwina during a nightmare about Maria. Larry and Karen got reacquainted during a weekend together. Gretel agreed to be Herb's campaign manager. Ed didn't want to admit to Vinnie that he'll miss not having Karen at Ina's boarding house. Carla and Ed keep running into each other. Ted's interest in Tina stems from her future inheritance. Becky suffered a miscarriage. Mario and Edwina wanted to start their lives over again. But while going to Dorian's party, Mario bumped his head, ever reverted to Marco, and disappeared. Brad cried on Beverly Wilke's shoulder that he can't get Jenny back. Richard admitted to Clint that he doesn't want Becky to be a star. Dorian told Brad he could name his price if he got proof that Mario is Marco. Karen passed her real estate license tests and planned to move back with Larry and Danny.
